For years, I helped patients navigate complex health conditions through nutrition. But like many women, there came a point where my own body started changing in ways that felt unfamiliar.
Despite eating well and staying active, I experienced stubborn weight gain, fatigue, changing labs, and the frustration of feeling disconnected from my body during midlife and hormone shifts.
That experience changed the way I approach nutrition counseling.
Today, I combine over 22 years of clinical nutrition experience with realistic, personalized strategies that help women support metabolism, hormone health, energy, and long-term wellness — without restriction, guilt, or all-or-nothing thinking.
